Team Lagan Training is Boulder City Olympic pistol shooter Alexis “Lexi” Lagan’s coaching, mentorship and speaking business for athletes, schools and teams.
Alexis “Lexi” Lagan calls herself the first Olympian from Boulder City, and her website lists her as a two-time Olympian, at Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024. Her business, Team Lagan Training, brings that experience to coaching, mentoring and speaking.
The shooter
Lagan specializes in women’s air pistol and 25-meter pistol. She shot for the United States at Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, according to her site, which also gives a seventh-place team finish at the 2022 World Championships and says she went to Rio in 2016 as an alternate and started shooting at 15.
What Team Lagan offers
- Coaching for competitive shooters and student-athletes.
- Mentorship.
- Speaking and athlete appearances for youth groups, schools and corporate teams.
The site lists goal setting, resilience, handling pressure and building confidence among her topics, and says it works with media and partnership inquiries too. There is no phone or email on the site; people reach her through the contact form.
