The site says he has worked with hundreds of agents, customers and builders on properties of many ages and kinds, and it names three things he cares about: communication, care and customer service.
The last half hour
Platinum invites buyers to meet the inspector at the house for the final 30 minutes of the inspection. That is when they can ask questions, and when Platinum walks them through the home and explains what it found, what is minor and what could turn out to be major. For first-time buyers the inspector takes extra time to point out the main water shutoff and the features of the electrical panel.
