Pizza Anonymous: Refined Restaurant Group’s Pizza Concept
Pizza Anonymous is the 2020 brainchild of Lin Jerome (J.D., co-founder of Refined Restaurant Group) and Alexandra Lourdes (Ph.D., co-founder of Refined Restaurant Group), the same Las Vegas-based women-owned hospitality team behind Café Lola, Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets, and 3 Little Chicks. Pizza Anonymous shares physical space with Saint Honoré at the Flamingo and Blue Diamond locations, layering a second pizza-focused concept on top of the doughnut shop’s footprint at 9460 West Flamingo Road in Spring Valley.
The Pizza Anonymous menu runs custom personal-size pizzas, salads, and a modern fast-casual format that operates inside the Saint Honoré shell. The shared-footprint model is unusual in Las Vegas hospitality and reflects the Refined Restaurant Group’s broader strategy of stacking complementary concepts inside a single physical location.
Pizza Anonymous in the Las Vegas Valley
The Refined Restaurant Group portfolio is one of the few women-owned multi-concept hospitality operations in the Las Vegas Valley, and Pizza Anonymous is one of the more recent additions. The Spring Valley Flamingo location anchors Pizza Anonymous in the same residential-commercial corridor where Café Lola and Saint Honoré have built the Refined Restaurant Group brand.
