Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant is a family-owned Thai restaurant in Las Vegas, with dining rooms on North Rainbow Boulevard and South Eastern Avenue, run by the Kittisoros family.
Kevin Kittisoros was born and raised in Las Vegas, and runs Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant with his family. Vegas Inc.’s April 2026 “40 Under 40” profile calls him managing partner, says he worked his way into ownership, and says he now manages operations across the family’s Pin Kaow dining rooms.
The family
When News 3 covered the May 2025 opening of the family’s newer place, Blue Orchid Thai Kitchen on Las Vegas Boulevard South, it named Kit and Joy Kittisoros as the family owners and noted that the family also owns Pin Kaow, “which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this summer.” Vegas Inc. says Pin Kaow marked 25 years in 2025 and has won local recognition, including Thai Select Classic certification. If that count is right, the first Pin Kaow dates to about 2000.
Two rooms, one menu style
The Rainbow restaurant is at 1974 North Rainbow Boulevard, in the 89108 zip code. Its website lists hours of 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 10 p.m. on weekends. The second dining room is at 9530 South Eastern Avenue, with its own phone number and the same hours.
Both websites describe “authentic Thailand food made from the best ingredients” and a menu with dishes for the whole family. The Rainbow site lists tom kah soup, crab meat fried rice, meat skewers with house peanut sauce and cucumber salad, pad krapow, lemongrass trout and fried bananas with ice cream.
Parties and catering
Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant offers catering for birthdays, holiday parties, corporate events and weddings, according to its Rainbow site, which asks customers to call the restaurant to plan one. Ordering is also available through each location’s website.
