Paws N Recreation

Angie Nerviani trains dogs from the Mountain’s Edge side of southwest Las Vegas, and she does it alone. Her website calls Paws N Recreation “a one-person operation” and says she “personally cares for and trains every dog.” It lists her as an IAABC-ADT, an accredited dog trainer through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, and a public trainer directory lists her the same way.

The kind of dog she wants

The site is aimed at high-drive and working dogs: Belgian Malinois, German Shepherds, herding breeds, pointers, retrievers, spaniels and terriers. Angie says large facilities often cannot give those dogs the time and consistency they need. She works outdoors and in public places, and lists Mountain’s Edge, Southern Highlands and Summerlin as her area.

What she offers

• Private training sessions and handler coaching
• Board and train, boarding and day training
• Nosework and search games
• Impulse-control and problem-solving exercises
• Group classes, listed as coming soon

Her directory profile also mentions cooperative care, online sessions and dog sports such as Nosework and Mondioring.

Getting started

Paws N Recreation does not post a phone number or hours. Owners send a form, and Angie follows up by email to set up an in-person evaluation. Dogs must be eight months old for boarding or day training, and sixteen weeks for board and train. The FAQ asks for proof of vaccination, a vet’s certificate of good health and a negative fecal test on record, and emergency veterinary authorization before boarding.

A federal trademark filing for the name PAWS N RECREATION, made July 28, 2026 by Angeline Nerviani of Las Vegas, covers dog training and dog walking. It is still a new application.
