Neon Production Supply

Neon Production Supply began as a local parts and service resource for the Las Vegas entertainment industry and has grown into a nationwide business, its About page says. The page credits founder Brian Klijanowicz with years of hands-on work in professional audio and live production, and the Better Business Bureau lists him as the shop's manager.

What the shop does

Replacement parts

Original-equipment parts for professional audio and DJ gear, from Pioneer DJ and AlphaTheta CDJs, mixers and controllers to QSC, Crown, JBL, Midas, Behringer, Shure and Yamaha. The online catalog lists more than 22,000 products.

Repairs

Warranty and out-of-warranty work. Customers can drop equipment off, mail it in or send a truck, and the site says Yamaha gear can be repaired on site. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty, according to the service page.

Production supplies

Spike tape and gaff tape up to four inches wide, glow tape, batteries, duvetyne, tie line, cable ties and Sharpies, plus cables, adaptors and connectors such as XLR, SpeakON and etherCON.

Its own box

The NisoBox, sold under the shop's name, is an inline isolation transformer for killing hum on intercom and line-level runs. The site says every unit is tested on Audio Precision gear before it ships.

How long a repair takes

The service page is candid about it. The shop tries to send an estimate within two to three weeks of receiving a unit, works in the order units arrive, and charges a rush fee to move one to the next open spot on the bench. A diagnostic fee is due up front and comes off the final bill. The site says it serves most of the major nightlife venues around Las Vegas, and that in-stock orders placed before 11:30 a.m. Pacific time ship the same day.

Visiting

The storefront is at 3625 W. Teco Avenue, Suite 3, open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed weekends and major U.S. holidays. The BBB profile lists the same address and phone number; the shop is not BBB-accredited.
