K9 Rox Club is a kennel-free dog daycare and boarding business on East Sunset Road in Las Vegas, near Harry Reid Airport. Its website names Sadie Heidari as founder.
Sadie Heidari founded K9 Rox Club, the website says, and its About page credits her with more than ten years with dogs, including hands-on work in shelters, rescues and training programs. Clark County's February 2025 list of fictitious firm names has K9 Rox Club LLC registering the name at 3110 Sunset Road, Suite H, where the club still operates.
A day on the floor
Daycare runs 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., every day of the week. The club's posted schedule:
- 7 to 9 a.m. Calm drop-off and introductions.
- 9 to 11:30. Group play, matched by size, energy and temperament.
- 11:30 to 1. Rest in the suites, with water and attention.
- 1 to 3:30. Sniff games, puzzles and short training reps.
- 3:30 to 5:30. Smaller play groups.
- 5:30 to 7. Wind-down, pickup and a report on the day.
The club calls itself kennel-free: dogs play in supervised groups and sleep in private, climate-controlled suites, with staff on site around the clock and daily photo and video updates for boarders.
Near the airport
The site puts the club about five minutes from Harry Reid International Airport and says many of its boarders belong to travelers who drop off on the way to a flight. Its pet valet picks dogs up from homes or Las Vegas hotels within about 20 miles, working with the bell desk or concierge when needed. Cats board in a quiet space away from the dogs.
Before the first visit
New dogs start with a "First Hello": a wellness check, a look at how they take to staff, and a trial play session. The club wants proof of rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines 48 hours ahead and allows two weeks after that visit to add canine influenza. Puppies must be 12 weeks old, and dogs seven months and older must be spayed or neutered. Group classes include a six-week puppy course capped at six dogs and a seven-week series for dogs three months and up.
On the record
The county list names the owner as K9 Rox Club LLC. The website names Heidari as founder and describes the club as woman-owned and locally operated.
