Todd Cook opened Boulder Dam Brewing Co. on February 17, 2007 on Nevada Way in historic Boulder City after a gifted home-brew kit sparked a lifelong itch to brew commercially. His daughter Ashlen Cook has been part of the team since opening day and is now part-owner — making it a true family operation. The Boulder Dam Brewing brewpub anchors Boulder City’s Nevada Way historic stretch, a few blocks from the Boulder Dam Hotel and the original 1930s town that built Hoover Dam.
