Bloom Boutiques is a gift, home-décor and clothing boutique in Boulder City’s Hotel Plaza, opened by Bridget O’Neill in 2011, with a second store in Henderson.
Bridget O’Neill opened a small boutique in Boulder City in 2011, and Bloom Boutiques has been in Old Town’s Hotel Plaza ever since. The flagship at 503 Hotel Plaza sits across from the Boulder Dam Hotel and is open seven days a week.
The shop calls itself a “modern day mercantile” in a Boulder City news story, and the shelves back that up: vintage-style home décor, candles, blankets, handmade jewelry, clothing, purses, bath and body products, baby items, seasonal décor and Annie Sloan chalk paint. Some of the pieces come from other small businesses, including the reclaimed-lumber canvas signs the website describes.
Fifteen years on Hotel Plaza
BoulderCity.com marked the shop’s 15th anniversary in a story dated August 31, 2026, with a celebration planned for September 8. The same story says Bloom has grown to more than one shop and now offers franchising. Bloom Boutiques’ own site lists a second Las Vegas-area store at The District in Green Valley, 2240 Village Walk Drive, Suite 130, Henderson, and the news story also names Summerlin and Reno.
The people behind the counter
The website names Bridget as owner and Maddy O’Neill as operations manager, with four sales associates: Karen, Jodi, Janice and Evelyn. BoulderCity.com adds that the sales associates at the Boulder City and Henderson stores are close friends of Bridget’s.
Hours and numbers
- Boulder City, 503 Hotel Plaza: 702-294-1010, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 10 to 4, according to the website.
- Henderson, The District: the website lists a separate number, 702-272-1212, with Monday to Saturday hours of 10 to 7 and Sunday 11 to 6.
Because the two stores keep different hours and stock, a call to the one you plan to visit saves a trip. Bloom Boutiques also publishes a shared email address on its contact page.
