Alfa Appliances is a family-owned appliance repair company in Las Vegas, founded by Dinko Prisadashki, repairing and installing kitchen and laundry appliances across the valley.
Dinko Prisadashki spent 2015 learning appliance repair at a Las Vegas company. In 2016, his own About page says, he started Alfa Appliances: one owner, one technician and one person on dispatch and the books. A friend became the second technician in 2017. His wife, Toni, joined in 2018 to handle dispatch, accounting, customer service and inventory. By 2019 the company had hired three more technicians and another dispatcher.
The Better Business Bureau independently lists Dinko Prisadashki as the owner of Alfa Appliances in Las Vegas, with an A+ rating, and gives the same phone number as the website. It records July 20, 2015 as the date the business started, a year earlier than the website’s 2016, so no founding year is stated here.
What gets fixed
Alfa repairs and installs washers, dryers, dishwashers, cooktops, ranges and ovens, refrigerators, exhaust hoods and microwaves. Its site says the technicians work on “all major brands and types of appliances.” It also runs a preventive maintenance program with flat-rate bundles, and flat-rate installation.
When a breakdown is unclear, the company says it can troubleshoot and diagnose remotely over a live video link, which can save a visit.
Who is on the team, and where they drive
The About page lists Dinko as owner and dispatcher; Stefan as master technician; Dian and Plamen as technicians; Ana on scheduling and customer service; and Toni on estimates, claims, parts, inventory and accounting. The company says it received American Home Shield’s 2018 national quality award in the appliance category, which is its own statement.
