After a Shift at The Strat, Patrick Magill Started Haul It All Junk Removal
Patrick Magill came to the Las Vegas Valley in 2016 looking for opportunity. Seven years later, after a shift at The Strat hotel and casino, he started Haul It All Junk Removal.
“Entrepreneurship is in my blood and i just wanted more out of life,” Patrick told Neon in his 702 Alliance interview. He dates the start of the business to 2023 and is clear about its name: Haul It All Junk Removal.

From booking the job to doing the work
Patrick's role stretches across the operation. He handles the marketing that brings in customers, the booking, the work itself and closing the job. Meeting a customer's needs and doing the physical hauling are both part of his day.
Asked what changed his approach to the business, he pointed to learning how to acquire customers and how carefully he needs to schedule his life. His answer puts the work of organizing a business alongside the work customers see when he arrives.
Putting clients at ease
The part Patrick values most is the effect on the people hiring him. “I like that we can solve problems and help put our clients minds at ease,” he said.
That is the purpose he describes for Haul It All: handling a problem for a customer and helping them feel less worried about it. His account of ownership includes both sides of that responsibility, from understanding what a client needs to carrying out the job.
The next step
Patrick's goals are growth, more business-to-business connections, and additional service vehicles and trailers. Those are his plans for the next stage of the company he started after a casino shift in 2023.
